Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds if you miss one of your classes due to illness, holidays etc. However, you can make up missed sessions at one of our other class venues at your convenience.
Class payments are non refundable but if you miss a class then you will be able to make the class up in the same term subject to availability. Any catch up sessions must be pre-booked in advance.
Membership is mandatory for all term bookings and non-refundable.
- Payment must be made at time of booking to secure places.
- Please note if payment is not received your booking will not be held & you are not guaranteed a place.
- Please note that fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
- You are responsible for your child's safety at the centres at all times & parents MUST remain in the centre at all times whilst children are in their classes
- Parents must remain onsite whilst children are in 3-school age classes and Gymbobs.
- Please let us know if you are unable to attend
- No food or drink is to be taken into the classes & dummies, toys or shoes are NOT allowed whilst children are on the equipment.
To participate in sessions your child must become a member of the national Tumble Tots club. Annual membership costs £28. Membership provides insurance for class participation and a great membership pack. Membership is not required to attend a single trial class.
